In the world of buying and selling luxury watches, there are far too many businesses that use bait and switch tactics. They’ll offer a price to get the watch in hand, and then lower the price and say the watch wasn’t in as good of a quality as they had first thought, or that there was a flaw that hadn’t been seen in the pictures before it was shipped. This has bred a vibe of mistrust when it comes to the industry.

Solution

The team at the Watch Standard wanted to make it clear that they are all about trust. It was important for them to have a strong message of trustworthiness: “the buying price that we offer is what you will get, no exceptions.” Starting with the script, we created a concept that invokes class, respectability, and confidence in the brand. Everything from the visuals to the voiceover to the style align with the message that the customer is in professional hands when selling to The Watch Standard.
