Overview

Ollos is a wellness startup offering a modern alternative to outdated creams and bulky devices. Their Rejuvenate Patch uses clinically-tested far infrared (FIR) technology and essential oils to support pain relief and muscle recovery—anytime, anywhere.

Our challenge?

To introduce Ollos as a new kind of wellness solution—one that breaks from outdated creams and energy-consuming infrared devices. Rather than make bold claims, our goal was to present Ollos as a smart, modern alternative: sleek, natural, clinically tested, and perfectly suited to fast-paced lives.

  • Build awareness and desire for a category-breaking wellness product
  • Visually explain a scientific, nuanced technology in a simple, elegant way
  • Engage a skeptical yet sophisticated wellness audience
  • Create versatile visuals for launch: from web to socials to influencer campaigns

Strategic Positioning

We flipped the script.

Instead of jumping straight into the product benefits, we tapped into a deeper frustration—how outdated solutions make people feel: restricted, inconvenienced, and stuck with remedies that don’t match their lifestyle.  This allowed us to:

  • Establish relatability before introducing the solution
  • Frame Ollos as a natural evolution rather than another "fix"
  • Focus on modernity, elegance, and mobility

"Forget messy creams. Skip harmful pills. Ollos is a breakthrough in infrared therapy."

We also leaned into Ollos' unique strengths:

  • No electricity or batteries required
  • Nano-refined bioceramic minerals (zirconium & silicate) emitting FIR waves
  • Designed with aesthetic minimalism and olfactory care (essential oils)

How the Ideas Came to Life

The creative process began by immersing ourselves in the Ollos mindset: modern, clean, and quietly confident.

Concept Goals:

  • Replace outdated solutions with elegant simplicity
  • Show a day-in-the-life of our user, interrupted by pain, and how Ollos effortlessly integrates into their routine

Creative Decisions:

  • Use of fluid transitions and circular glows to represent flow and energy
  • Minimal text overlays, allowing visuals and VO to carry the emotion
  • A calming voiceover with soft music built trust and balance

The idea wasn’t just to show a product—it was to show a lifestyle: energized, natural, and elevated.

Our visuals aligned with Ollos' design language: clean, warm, premium.

We combined:

  • Sleek UI-inspired packaging visuals
  • Before/after thermal scans for credibility
  • Cross-sectional patch diagrams to explain science
  • Lifestyle illustrations showing usage in work, sleep, and leisure routines

We crafted three deliverables:

  • Main product explainer video (60s): tells the full story
  • Two short social cuts (24s + 29s): optimized for ad campaigns

Narrative Beats:

  1. Show the problem: discomfort at desk, in bed, gardening
  2. Introduce Ollos: delivery box arrives, visual product unboxing
  3. Dive into the tech: layered animation of FIR emission and patch material
  4. Close with proof: real-world use, confident posture, thermal scans

Creative Highlights (That We Loved)

  • We created custom thermal effect simulations to visualize infrared activation in the body
  • Developed a modular patch animation system that let us reuse and localize visuals across regions
  • The packaging shot involved stop-frame-inspired sequences, giving it tactile realism
  • Our team even prototyped real-time patch glow in After Effects to mimic energy flow

Outcome

With the launch campaign live, Ollos is now owning the narrative around on-the-go infrared therapy. Their brand voice resonates, their visual identity feels elevated and science-forward, and their message is clear:

Bringing Ollos to life wasn’t just a production challenge—it was a brand-building mission. From our first sketch to the final glow of the animation, we were solving a bigger question: how do you introduce something people don’t even know they need yet?

We focused on clarity over hype, subtlety over spectacle, and storytelling that respected both the science and the user. The result is a campaign that feels as effortless and effective as the product itself.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
