We’ve all interacted with chatbots. It’s also safe to say, we’ve all experienced automated chat responses that are so frustrating that they not only don’t help, but end up as a complete waste of time. Haptik’s advanced AI drives a better solution, but how do we get people to pay attention to a video long enough to show them that it’s not just another chatbot?

Solution

The first key is using vibrant, passionate colors to make an immediate impression on the viewer. Then, we used humor to align ourselves with an all-too-familiar pain point - spending time and energy writing out an issue in a text, only to have a pointless and unhelpful answer shoot back in response. Now the viewer is emotionally on board, and hopefully having a chuckle as well. They’re disarmed and primed to receive the core message of how Haptik is different, and how it can improve their relations with their own customers.
